When your company contacts us for support, we will instruct the user to download and run our secure remote access tool. This will allow our consultant to access the computer for the single session
3Is there a lock in contract after the trial?
No, we do not lock you into any form of contract after the trial period and you are free to decide at your will
4How many computers can you support?
We generally support companies with 10 to 1000 computers and everything in-between.
5What happens if I request a service that is not inclusive in the trial?
Our consultants will always ask you before proceeding with any work that may be billable. You can rest assured, you will not receive any unexpected bills.
6How can I contact your support team?
During your trial period, you will have access to all of our support methods including phone, email and live chat.
7Do you install any software on our computers for the trial?
No, we do not install any software on the computers for the trial. Trial remote support sessions are upon request only.
8Can I convert my trial into a paid plan?
Of course. Our team will work with you to get set up on one of our optimal plans for your business. Support becomes even easier on a paid plan. Only for paid plans will a rapid remote support agent be installed onto each users PC, meaning remote support will be just a click or call away.
