What size companies do you support?

We generally support small businesses with <10 computers all the way up to enterprises with 250 or more computers.

What cities/countries do you provide support for?

Whilst our HQ is based in Sydney Australia, a large amount of our clients have offices interstate or internationally. We provide remote support anywhere in the world where an internet connection is available. Onsite support however is currently limited to Australia only.

We are currently supporting clients across Australia, Hong Kong, New York, London, France and more.

Do you provide onsite support?

Yes, our expert consultants provide rapid onsite response services Sydney wide.

Do you have lock in contracts?

No, we strongly believe in our service and thus don’t feel the need to lock in clients to any lengthy contract. We simply request 30 days notice of termination of any agreement.

How long have you been in service?

Computing Intelligence started way back in 2007 and has grown steadily since then. You can rest assured, we aren’t going anywhere anytime soon.

Do I receive a dedicated account manager?

Yes, all clients who sign up for a managed support agreement will have a senior consultant assigned to assist with answering any general IT questions or providing any IT advice that you may require.

Do you provide fixed prices?
